We normally travel to Israel in the month of May.  The weather on average is sunny and warm, with very little rain, if any.  During the day we travel in shirt sleeves; Jerusalem is cooler in the evening, so we advise pilgrims to bring a cardigan or something similar.  Our coach and hotels are all air conditioned, as are most restaurants and shops, so our journeying is very comfortable.  Weather in the Galilee is usually a few degrees warmer than Judea, although no one is ever cold!

You should note that this information is based on what we have experienced; there may well be variations.
